My stay was quite pleasant, the room was warm, clean and quiet. And issue with the door locked needing a new battery was quickly remedied and that was appreciated given the time of night other than that I had quiet peaceful stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

I liked the fact that there was NO HOT WATER.
The non smoking room smelled like smoke and there was no hot water.

My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. the woman on the front desk was very polite and helpful.
The hotel was being renovated and was disorderly. My room, however, was fine.
